Mealhada once again!
December 11, 2009As usual, we start our correspondence with our friends from Mealhada with the traditional Christmas card/Holiday greetings. New friends will be made and the old ones will be met again. The messages will continue till we meet in June. See you then!

December 8, 2009On Dec. 8, 1941, the United States entered World War II as Congress declared war against Japan one day after the attack on Pearl Harbor.
On this same day, but in 1980, rock musician John Lennon was shot to death outside his New York City apartment building by Mark David Chapman. The former Beatle was 40.
